Winter Reading 2023-2024

From December 1st until February 29th , patrons who sign up to participate in our program will have their books read added to their overall Winter Reading score. The four categories for Winter Reading are:

Digital and Downloadable Books Adults
Digital and Downloadable Books Youth (20 and younger)
Physical Books Adults
Physical Books Youth (20 and younger)

Rate and Review Your Reading Picks

A new way to earn more points and more chances for prizes!

June 1st through August 31st, you can give us your ratings and reviews for the books you read and get extra points towards prizes! Each book you read for Winter Reading could be worth up to 10 points or 10 times more points than just reading the book!

  • Rate one of the books you have read and you earn 1 extra point for each book you rate.
  • Write an original book review of at least 50 words for the earn 8 additional points.
  • You can only enter each book you read once.

Use the online form to Rate and Review Your Reading Picks or you may download a form to mail or scan to us!

 

Winter Reading Picks - Coming Soon!

 

Get ready to celebrate National Braille Month in January! During the month of January, any braille book that you check out or download will count five times more valuable than books in other formats. No need to sign up for this particular challenge if you're already registered for our Winter Reading Challenge. Simply check out braille books from us, and they'll automatically contribute to your score. Patrons with the top scores in each category for the month of January will receive fantastic prizes!
