Description: WCPL is hiring two Adult Services Librarians to focus on new adults to seniors. You will work in a regional library with a team of librarians and library assistants dedicated to offering quality service and dynamic programming to the community. Beyond developing programs and offering one-on-one services, Librarians provide reference, readers’ advisory and circulation assistance. Librarians are offered the opportunity to collaborate with managers and peers; and participate in system initiatives.
Qualifications: A Master's degree in Librarianship or a related field, such as MLS, MLIS, MIS, or ML, from an ALA accredited program or NC program, is required. No specific experience is required for this position. Equivalent education and experience will not be accepted.
