Description: The Assistant to the University Librarian/Vice Provost for Library Affairs (UL/VP) performs administrative duties of a complex and confidential nature. They represent the UL/VP with a high level of professionalism in dealing with faculty, staff, students, donors, administration, and the public; and regularly exercises independent, sound judgment concerning appropriate action to respond to requests for information and/or assistance. They provide non-transactional administrative support to the Associate University Librarian for Development and the DUL Office of Development.

Qualifications: Knowledge of communications and administrative practices and principles generally acquired through two years post secondary education. The ability to coordinate the compilation and dissemination of a variety of information, to plan/implement special events, and to supervise office activities, generally acquired through four years of related experience.

Salary: $50,000 - $62,000
