In a diverse work environment, people may not always see eye-to-eye. Different cultures, backgrounds, experiences, and points of view can lead to miscommunications and misinterpretations. The key to moving forward is to foster a culture of respect. In this session, we will explore the impact of respect and disrespect in the workplace and identify ways our words and actions can build a respectful environment.
