Description: The Finance Library Assistant II performs a wide range of administrative and accounting tasks in support of the library operations such as inputting invoices, maintaining financial records, overseeing banking, managing office inventory, maintaining assets, internal department budgets, and related work as apparent or assigned.
Qualifications: Associates/Technical degree, or minimum two years of accounting, finance, or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate’s degree with coursework in Business Administration, Accounting or Accounting or related field with finance experience preferred.
