Description: East Carolina University’s (ECU) Academic Library Services (ALS) seeks a First Year & Student Transitions Librarian to provide instruction, outreach, and support that connects library resources and services to the information needs and experiences of incoming first year students. The person in this position will be a liaison with various campus units that provide student services and will work collaboratively with staff in these units to identify the information literacy and other library-related needs of students in their first year of study at ECU.
Qualifications: Graduate degree in Library Science from an ALA-accredited program or international equivalent conferred by the time of hire.
