Due to the on-site responsibilities for this role, this is not a remote position. Responsibilities include sales and support for the job board and sponsored listings in the company directory; document delivery; submitting purchase requests for a multi-million dollar subscription portfolio; invoicing for services rendered; compiling metrics to inform management decisions; and compiling budget reports for the VP. Position Description Additionally, this position provides services and support for the physical library space, including consulting with walk-in clients and connecting them to Center resources.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree with three years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is required; experience with a CRM tool is preferred.
Salary: $57,000 min; salary commensurate with experience
