Description: What will you do on the Bookmobile? Plan and present programs for preschool children. Prepare the truck for travel throughout the day. Drive the truck to and from service locations (valid NC Driver License and clean driving record required). Work directly with children and their caregivers to provide customer service, including readers advisory. Promote WCPL programs and services happening at all WCPL locations. Work with Library Assistants assigned to support Bookmobile programming.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Librarianship or related field: MLS, MLIS, MIS, ML from an ALA-accredited program or NC program. No specific experience required. Equivalent education and experience are NOT accepted.
