Description: To provide information technology support for the library’s operational, academic, and research mission, liaising with campus Information Technology Services as needed, providing customer service, prompt resolution of issues, and creative problem-solving. This position will collaborate closely with the Library Systems team to ensure accessibility and usability of the learning commons areas, collaboration areas, and other specialized student spaces in the library.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalency and two years of experience in library services, office support, or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred. Experience supporting educational use of technology preferred.
Salary: $31,200 - $34,553
