Description: The Wilson Library Infrastructure Project Manager advises on best practices to achieve program and organizational goals and oversees all aspects of the Wilson Infrastructure Project. The Wilson Library Infrastructure Project Manager serves as the project manager for Wilson Infrastructure Project. In this role, the Project Manager manages content and workflow for the team by engaging with Library colleagues and stakeholders, assigning work to team members, setting deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of all deliverables. The Project Manager manages relationships with stakeholders, solves problems, and develops and improves processes related to departmental workflows. The Project Manager will supervise the Collections Coordinator.
Qualifications: Expertise in best practices for security, handling, and preservation of special collections materials. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex and sensitive situations independently and solve problems. Demonstrated ability to work productively, collaboratively, and diplomatically with stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
