Description

Essential duties and responsibilities: This full-time, on-site position includes receiving and checking in all library mail, shelving periodicals and withdrawing old issues, entering all invoices in the integrated library system, communicating with vendors for claims and invoice problems, maintaining the microfiche collection, and participating in looseleaf filing. Other occasional duties include preparing bindery shipments and participating in book shifting projects throughout the library.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree, plus two years’ library or office administrative assistant experience. Library experience preferred.
