February 2025 Black History Month 2025 In celebration of Black History Month, this display is a selection of recently published materials pertaining to Black history. This year's theme is African American labor and most of the books displayed have been chosen for their connection to this theme. Valentine's Day 2025 This display showcases holiday themes, such as chocolate and flowers and a few books on the history of Valentines. Norman Rockwell For the month of February, we have several books about artist Norman Rockwell's work as well as his autobiography on display. National Canned Food Month A showcase of cookbooks, guides, and state documents that focus on the canning and preserving of food. America 250 Collection A rotating collection of new materials related to the Revolutionary period in celebration of America 250. Check back often as this collection continues to be updated! January 2025 New Year New Destinations This is a display of books about numerous countries, cities, and destinations meant to inspire your travel this year. Public Domain January 1st is the day another round of materials enters the public domain and this display showcases items that have just entered or have previously entered the public domain. The Centenarian Club We have several books celebrating a publication birthday this year and this display is a selection of books with a publication date of 1925, 1825, or 1725.
